Seven Hills Community Youth Sports Club

  • All Club Members must abide by the Code of Ethics
  • All Club Members must conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times
  • No Alcohol or Smoking is permitted onsite at any point
  • Clothing is to be uniform perferred, or alternately casual, tidy attire to be worn
  • Suitable footwear should be worn for the relevant activities
  • All fees are due and payable from January 1st to December 31st each year.
  • Membership applications are open from January 1st to December 31st each year.
  • Seasonal activity members must all be financial of said Club before the start of the season or competition.
  • All members must be a financial member of said Club to compete in any fixture conducted under the Club.
  • All Club members must pay all fees at time of joining. These fees include affiliation and personal injury insurance. Personal injury insurance cover being determined by age as at 31st December each membership year as follows:
    • No Insurance available for under 3 years of age
    • Junior Insurance – age 3 to 17 years
    • Senior Insurance – age 18 to 24 years.
  • Membership and management fees subject to alteration each year.
  • All intending members must fill in the appropriate form when applying for membership.
